Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.

- Add vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add fresh basil, and blend the soup until smooth.
